When should I plan to arrive and depart?

Arrivals
All attendees should plan to arrive at the hotel on Thursday, April 30, no later than 3:00 PM local time. The celebration officially begins at 6:00 PM.

The hotel is approximately 40 minutes away from Cancun International Airport.

*If you are traveling from San Diego, you may want to consider departing from the CBX walkway at the Tijuana International Airport (TIJ).

Departures
Please plan to depart on Monday, May 4, at your leisure.

Extensions
Hotel extensions are limited, based on availability and at your own expense. To inquire about extending your stay beyond the event dates, please submit your requested dates during registration.

What is included in this trip?

• Roundtrip airfare to/from Cancun International Airport (CUN) for each attendee and one guest
• Roundtrip transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun on the group’s arrival (Thursday, April 30, 2026) and departure (Monday, May 4, 2026) days for each attendee and guest.
• Accommodations for main event days (Thursday, April 30, 2026 - Monday, May 4, 2026) - one double occupancy room provided
• Group excursion on Friday, May 1, 2026

How do I book my flights?

Flight arrangements must be booked by our trusted air partner. You will have an opportunity to request flights during registration. Once you complete your registration, you will be contacted within four business days regarding your flight itinerary.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Each attendee is welcome to bring one guest. Guest information will be collected during registration. Please note that Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is an adults-only property, and all guests must be 18 years or older to attend.

How do I select my gift?

You will receive instructions for how to order your gift after completing your registration. Please look for this on your registration confirmation page and in your registration confirmation email.

How can I book activities during scheduled leisure time?

If you would like to book activities during your leisure time, Amstar staff will be available at the hospitality desk to assist with tour bookings on site. If you prefer to book in advance, you may visit the Amstar website to check availability, make a reservation, and complete payment online.

What is the expected attire?

Casual and resort wear is acceptable.

Do I need a valid passport to attend?

Yes. A valid passport is required for international travel. To comply with airline and immigration regulations, the following requirements apply:

• Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date.
• This requirement applies to all international travel, regardless of destination or length of stay.
• You are responsible for verifying your passport’s expiration date well in advance of travel.
• Failure to meet passport requirements may result in denied boarding or entry. Any resulting costs or disruptions will be the traveler’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend renewing your passport immediately if it expires before November 4, 2026.

Cost of obtaining or renewing your passport is the responsibility of the traveler and will not be reimbursed.
